Kenyatta Steans
CEO and founder Kenyatta Steans is a premium network television producer by day and a dedicated gamer by night. As a Line Producer Kenyatta has managed the logistics and finances for multi million dollar projects from start to finish for major networks such as AMC, CNN, Discovery and most recently Amazon Prime. Kenyatta’s passion for the arts and sports go hand and hand with his passion for competitive video gaming. While serving in the US Navy Kenyatta would organize Madden tournaments with other sailors, some went on to play in national tournaments. Kenyatta will use his production resources and knowledge to deliver content with high production value and trendsetting appeal.
Dr. Bruce Reese Jr.
Vice President and co-founder Dr. Bruce Reese Jr. received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Tufts University where he was a captain on the Men’s Basketball team. After earning a Masters degree in Social Psychology from Boston University and continuing in athletics as an assistant basketball coach at Lasell College in Newton, MA, he earned a Ph.D from Texas A&M University in Sociology. He is currently an assistant professor of Criminal Justice at Concordia University Texas specializing in academic research in social psychology, crime and deviance, and data analysis. Dr. Reese serves as the faculty advisor for the Concordia University Texs Esports team which competes in the SCAC Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) and nationally through SCAC and other leagues such as Riot, TESPA and Collegiate Starleague in games such as Overwatch, League of Legends, Fortnite, Super Smash Ultimate and Rocket League. Concordia University Texas finished as co-champions of the SCAC Esports Title. Dr. Reese will bring his collegiate connections, academic training in data analysis, and athletic competitiveness in order to help Game Starr Group connect with the masses.
