GSG TV – Terms of Service

Welcome to GSG TV, a streaming and interactive entertainment platform operated by Game Starr Group LLC (“GSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the GSG TV website, mobile applications, Smart TV applications, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use GSG TV.

5. Tournaments, Prizes & Payments

Participation in tournaments or competitions may be subject to additional rules or eligibility requirements, which will be provided separately.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Results may be skill-based, chance-based, or a combination
  • Game Starr Group LLC has final authority in dispute resolution
  • Prizes may require verification and compliance with rules
  • Violations may result in forfeiture of winnings
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes

Game Starr Group LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, software, and original programming— is owned by or licensed to Game Starr Group LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting or streaming content on GSG TV, you grant Game Starr Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display, and promote your content across its platforms.

You represent that:

  • You own or have proper authorization to share the content
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services. Game Starr Group LLC is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

9. Termination

Game Starr Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for:

Upon termination, all rights to use the Service immediately cease.
